(WNFL) – The Milwaukee Bucks showed a distinct inability to play defense in a 127-98 loss to the New York Knicks at FiServ Forum in Milwaukee on Friday.
The loss drops the Bucks 2 games behind Charlotte for the final NBA playoffs play-in spot.
The Knicks were led by Jalen Brunson’s 27 points and OG Anunoby’s 24.
Myles Turner scored 19 points to lead the Bucks while Kyle Kuzma scored 17.
The Knicks built a 16-point lead early in the second quarter and increased to 20 at halftime.
How porous was the Bucks defense?
The Knicks shot 60 percent in the first half.
New York finished 46-of-88 from the floor (52%) while the Bucks were 33-of-77 (42%).
The Bucks are idle on Saturday before facing the Chicago Bulls Sunday afternoon.
