IRONWOOD, Mich. (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Upper Peninsula man is accused of threatening the lives of immigration officers.
Justin Ward, 33, from Ironwood, was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday. He is charged with using interstate commerce to transmit threats to injure another person.
Officials allege Ward “posted threats to kill ICE agents on Facebook.” If convicted, he faces a maximum of five years in federal prison.
