GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Green Bay Packers organization says it raised more than $32,000 for the Salvation Army this holiday season.
Three autograph sessions at area businesses raised $12,101, the team says. Players who participated were Warren Brinson, Kingsley Enagbare, John FitzPatrick, Rashan Gary, Isaiah McDuffie, Brandon McManus, Jordan Morgan, Luke Musgrave, Sean Rhyan, Barryn Sorrell, Daniel Whelan, Josh Whyle and Colby Wooden.
Former Packers player Vonnie Holliday represented the Packers in an NFC North bell-ringing competition, raising $673 in one hour.
The Packers also made a $20,000 donation to the Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay through Amazon’s TNF for Good initiative.
The Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay has a goal of $1.33 million for this year’s Red Kettle campaign.
