This will be the first meeting of the season between the teams.
The Packers and Bears are the top two teams in the NFC North entering the week.
The Bears with a 9-3 record would be the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs if they were to begin today.
Injury update: With an injury knocking Devonte Wyatt out for the rest of the season, the Packers’ depth on defense will be tested.
Nazir Stackhouse is next on the team’s depth chart, but it is possible that another rookie, Warren Brinson, will get more snaps.
Wyatt and edge rusher Micah Parsons had worked together to stop opponents’ running games.
Green Bay ranks eighth in the NFL for rushing yards allowed. Veteran Karl Books will also take some snaps.
