DAIRY SUMMIT – Nov. 18
9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at UW–River Falls, University Center and live streamed
In-person & virtual: The sixth annual Dairy Summit showcases the Hub’s newest projects in a public-friendly format, with a live virtual option. Sessions will also be posted to YouTube.
Workforce development: A dedicated session will highlight students at all levels who have benefited from Hub-supported research, grants, and networking opportunities.
Tours: Afternoon small-group tours will feature the UW–River Falls Dairy Pilot Plant, Meat Plant, and Humane Handling Institute, with emphasis on Hub-funded research and facilities. The event concludes by 4:30 p.m.
