BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A nearly 100-year-old suspension bridge is as good as new.
Brown County parks officials announced historic bridge in Pamperin Park has reopened after undergoing a rehabilitation project.
The bridge decking and railings were rebuilt by NWTC students, with materials donated by Drexel Building Supply and Toonen Properties.
“After weeks of hard work, the bridge decking and railings have been beautifully rebuilt and are ready for another generation of parkgoers to enjoy,” Brown County Parks wrote.
