GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Aspiro in Green Bay is transforming its campus for all abilities to thrive.
On Thursday, the organization which supports seniors and people with disabilities, broke ground on its $21 million expansion.
The project will modernize Aspiro’s 57-year-old Green Bay building by adding new classrooms, an art studio, music room, teaching kitchen, gymnasium, dementia-friendly suite, modern nurses’ station and updated building systems such as roofing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Aspiro’s Beyond Expectations campaign has raised more than $17.7 million and counting to fund the $21 million transformation.
