GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — One suspect charged in connection with a shooting at a Pulaski park moved closer to trial Tuesday, while two more suspects have been charged in the case.
All of the charges are connected to a July 18 fight at Memorial Park.
Randy Sanroman, 19, waived a preliminary hearing Tuesday on three counts, including reckless injury. Arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 15.
The new charges, filed Friday, are against Colton Hansen, 19, and Labella Ferrari, 17. They have initial appearances scheduled for late October.
The fourth suspect, Hailey Tank, 17, returns to court Oct. 1.
In Wisconsin, those ages 17 and older are charged in adult court.
According to the criminal complaints, police responded to Memorial Park about 11:30 p.m. Friday. There, they found two people on the ground: Hansen, 18, who suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, and Ferrari, who had head pain and numbness.
Tank and Sanroman blamed Hansen and Ferrari for the confrontation, and those two blamed the first pair.
