DE PERE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — St. Norbert College is welcoming the class of 2029 to campus. Thursday is move-in day.
Cars, truck, SUVs and even some trailers pulled up to the De Pere campus first thing Thursday morning. Families unloading dorm room supplies as students were checked in and given keys to their new home.
College officials say about 400 students make up the incoming freshman class. Enrollment at the De Pere campus sits right around 1500 students.
Despite recent cutbacks, including the elimination of some majors and college staff, St. Norbert President Laurie Joyner says the college is strong and poised for a bright future.
