(WTAQ-WLUK) — Authorities have arrested two suspects in connection with a fatal 2023 shooting on Green Bay’s west side.
The men, ages 40 and 41, both of Green Bay, were taken into custody Monday by the Green Bay Police Department, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offender Task Force.
Both suspects are in custody at the Brown County Jail. Charges have not yet been filed.
Carlos Otero-Aviles, 30, also from Green Bay, was killed in the shooting on Nov. 3, 2023. It happened in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Western Avenue.
Witnesses said the incident took place during a party. No one else was injured.
An investigation into the shooting is still ongoing.
