(LEARFIELD) – A grand slam by Christian Yelich in the 10th inning gave the Brewers a 5-1 walk-off win over Boston Tuesday night.
Milwaukee had trailed the entire game until Sal Frelick singled in the tying run in the bottom of the ninth.
Yelich talked about his first-ever walkoff home run.
And about that walkoff being a grand slam.
Yelich said that it was a big win for the team.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy said that Yelich is starting come around.
Rob Zastryzny got the last two outs in the top of the 10th to earn the victory.
Freddy Peralta takes the mound Wednesday afternoon to start the final game of the three-game set at American Family Field.
