MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Police are searching for the owner of a dog following a biting incident in Manitowoc.
It happened at approximately 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Reed Avenue, on the south side of the road.
According to the victim, a black/brown German Shepherd mix attacked and injured a smaller dog.
The victim said they returned to their residence, while the German Shepherd and its owner continued walking on Reed Avenue.
Authorities are asking the public to help identify the owner(s) of the attacking dog, as its vaccination and license status is still unknown.
