OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — EAA AirVenture is looking to fill more than 750 temporary positions ahead of the 2025 event.
Jobs are available across multiple areas, including retail, security/event support, auto parking, camper registration and bartending.
Applicants for the retail and auto parking positions must be at least 14 years old, security applicants must be at least 16 years old and applicants for all other positions must be at least 18 years old.
EAA officials say all individuals are welcome to apply, but stress the jobs’ short-term nature make for a great opportunity for students or retirees seeking work that does not require a full summer commitment.
Interested parties are encouraged to apply online as soon as possible to offer applicants the best chance at getting their preferred shift. Applications may be completed at the kiosk in the EAA Aviation Museum lobby, as well. You should receive a confirmation email after submitting your application.
Several hiring events are also scheduled in the coming months. Individuals will have the opportunity to interview on-site.
- Saturday, April 26: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 21: 4-7 p.m.
- Saturday, June 7: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

- Open House: June 24-26, 9 a.m. to 5p.m.
If you want to apply but cannot attend one of the hiring events listed, email hr@eaa.org to schedule a separate interview time. All interviews will be held at the EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh.
