GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — One man has been arrested following a serious crash in Green Bay, while police are still looking for another driver who was in the area.
Police say a 22-year-old Green Bay man was arrested after being treated overnight for serious injuries. His name was not released. Police say they are investigating whether reckless driving caused the crash.
Two other people remain hospitalized. The head-on crash took place just before 7 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Velp and Wilson avenues. Velp Avenue was closed for nearly seven hours after the crash.
Police want to speak with the driver of a black pickup truck that witnesses reported seeing in the area at the time of the crash.
