BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a driver Wednesday afternoon for their fourth OWI offense.
It began when the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office Communication’s Center received a report of a reckless driver on Interstate 41 northbound in Outagamie County.
A trooper located the vehicle in Brown County, south of Freedom Road, around 12:45 p.m. and observed “obvious signs of impairment” during the roadside interaction with the driver.
Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted and Robin Robertson, 63, of Hortonville, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
Robertson was transported to the Outagamie County Jail after a blood sample was collected at an area medical facility.
