(WNFL) – The Milwaukee Brewers split a pair of games on Sunday, defeating the Colorado Rockies 6-0 and losing to the Seattle Mariners 10-6.
Against Colorado, 6 Brewers pitchers combined on the 5-hitter.
Elvin Rodriguez pitched the first 2 innings, allowing 2 hits and striking out 5 before giving way to the bullpen.
Brice Turang and Christian Yelich both had 2 hits. Yelich also drove in 2 runs. Vinny Capra and Jackson Chourio each had a home run.
Against Seattle, the Mariners scored 7 runs in the eighth inning to rally for the win.
Wes Clarke and Blake Burke hit home runs for Milwaukee.
