Wisconsin Badgers face Montana in NCAA tournament Thursday afternoon

(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – The Wisconsin Badgers face the Montana Grizzlies in a first-round game of the NCAA tournament Thursday afternoon.

The Badgers’ Max Klesmit said that expects a lot of Badgers fans have made the trip to the Mile High City for the game.

Steven Crowl said that the team has prepared for playing in the high altitude.

Badgers coach Greg Gard explained why the team won’t be first-round victims like they were last year against James Madison.

The game tips off this afternoon at 12:30 p.m.

The winner advances to a Saturday contest against either Brigham Young University or Virginia Commonwealth.
