The dairy organization aligns with Schimel’s priorities, including upholding laws as written, providing Wisconsin’s dairy industry with a stable legal framework that supports innovation and economic sustainability and ensuring regulatory clarity for Wisconsin farmers.
“Our dairy community is looking to support a Supreme Court candidate who has the best interest for farmers, processors and all those in the dairy community,” DBA president Greg Siegenthaler said.
DBA prioritizes regulatory fairness while also balancing environmental protections and economic vitality for the state’s dairy community.
“Brad Schimel has a proven track record of upholding the rule of law and ensuring that Wisconsin’s agricultural community can operate under fair, consistent and science-based regulations,” Chad Zuleger, DBA’s director of government affairs, said. “His commitment to judicial restraint and protecting farmers from regulatory overreach aligns with our mission to support a strong, sustainable dairy industry. We need justices who understand the importance of agriculture to Wisconsin’s economy, and Brad Schimel is the right choice to provide the stability and clarity our farmers deserve.”
