Give BIG Green Bay
GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Green Bay’s 24-hours of giving kicks off noon Wednesday.
The 8th annual Give BIG Green Bay runs until noon on Thursday.
It encourages the community to donate to 50 participating Brown County nonprofits within the 24-hour period. Not only does it help raise money for these nonprofits but it builds awareness by highlighting their work and important roles in the community.

To celebrate the start of Give BIG Green Bay, organizers gathered for a tailgate inside Johnsonville Tailgate Village at Lambeau Field.
In addition, over the course of 24 hours, the public can participate in giving-day events.

And to make the impact go even further, this year there’s $500,000 in matching funds and incentives.
Of those matching and incentive funds, the Green Bay Packers Foundation is providing $250,000.
New this year, the Mark Murphy Give BIG Green Bay Spirit Award is introduced to honor the Packers president and CEO’s dedication to the community as he approaches retirement in July of 2025.
The winner of the award each year will be selected through a vote by participating nonprofits. The award will serve as a lasting tribute to Murphy’s legacy and will continue annually in his name.
Last February, more than $3 million was raised in 24 hours from 5,618 donors.
Since it’s inception in 2018, Give BIG Green Bay has raised more than $13.5 million to support the community.
