
BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Brown County Parks Department announced Saturday evening that beginning Sunday, Feb. 16 at 6 a.m., all 200 miles of snowmobiling trails in Brown County will be open.
Zones 1 and 2 in Brown County opened on Friday, zone 6 opened on Saturday and zones 3, 4, and 5 open Sunday. It comes after Winter Storm Cooper dropped another 5 to 7 inches of snow across Northeast Wisconsin.
“For the first time in a long time, all snowmobile trails in Brown County will be OPEN,” a post from the parks department said.
Trails in Oconto County opened last week.
