GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The sound of music will be coming from a downtown Green Bay park when the NFL Draft comes to town.
Leicht Park will be home to two, free music events.
Hosted by the City of Green Bay in partnership with On Broadway, Inc. Draft City Music Fest will include events happening on the Wednesday and Saturday evenings of Draft Week, April 23 and 26 respectively.
The Draft Kickoff will be held on Wednesday, April 23 from 4 p.m. – 11 p.m. Attendees can expect national musical acts, glow giveaway items and activities, a family zone including a play area, and food and beverage tents. Fireworks will then light up the nighttime sky, prior to the musical headliner. All music acts will be announced at a later date.
Then on Saturday, April 26 more music will come to Leicht Park for the 8th Round Downtown, from 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. Attendees will enjoy an array of outdoor activities, 4-5 musical acts including another national headliner, food and beverage options and more.
Music and food vendor opportunities are available for the Draft City Music Fest. Limited vendor spaces are available.
