TOWN OF FREEDOM, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Neenah woman was arrested Thursday for operating while under the influence, 5th offense.
Drug paraphernalia was also located in the vehicle driven by Ashley Lulloff, 40.
Just before noon, the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle traveling northbound on State Highway 55 from County Highway S in Outagamie County. The caller said the vehicle was unable to stay in its lane and traveling 35 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone.
With assistance from the sheriff’s office, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper located the vehicle at a gas station in the town of Freedom less than 10 minutes after the initial call. Law enforcement observed signs of impairment and Lulloff was arrested for her fifth OWI offense.
Because drug paraphernalia was discovered in the vehicle, a drug influence evaluation was conducted by a drug recognition expert and a legal blood draw was conducted at an area hospital. The matter is still under investigation, pending blood sample results.
