(WTAQ-WLUK) — Oshkosh’s former city manager has taken a job in the private sector.
Mark Rohloff will serve as a manager in the public safety and municipal management division at McMahon, the company announced. The engineering and architectural firm is based in Neenah.
“Our division provides a wide range of services, from public safety and emergency management to municipal staffing recruitment assistance and organizational analysis — all aimed at strengthening and supporting local communities,” Jeff Roemer, McMahon Public Safety and Municipal Management division manager, said in a news release. “Mark’s leadership and expertise will help us continue to deliver innovative solutions that not only meet the unique needs of our clients but also help communities thrive.”
Rohloff retired last year from the city of Oshkosh, which he had led since 2008. His four-decade career in local government also included stints as the town administrator in Grand Chute and city administrator in Berlin.
Rebecca Grill will take over as Oshkosh city manager next month.
