GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — After Monday Night Football in Green Bay proved to be a dominant, playoff-clinching win for the Pack, fans are sharing their excitement over their favorite team.
“Amazing feeling,” says Marshall Markham of New Mexico. “Go Pack Go!”
“Feeling great actually, we’re in a pretty good spot, we’re hot right now,” adds Dave Larson, of Illinois. “We’re rolling!”
“Pretty awesome but I mean, it was predictable, I knew they were going to beat [the Saints], easy game,” says Ana Miller, originally from Beaver Dam.
Heading into Sunday’s game in Minnesota, the rematch against the Vikings who beat the Packers 31-29 in September, confidence is up.
“Lets go 21-24 Pack,” says Brian Borkowski of Abrams, WI. “Gotta be the Pack. Gunna win by 3 points, in Minnesota, big game. It’s going to be beautiful, can’t wait.”
“I’m thinking 21 Packers to 7 Vikings,” says Miller.
“Seven?” Markham responds. I’ll go more with the money line, 28 to 21.”
“I’m going to say 21-14 Packers. Go Pack Go!” adds Larson.
Packers fans know both pain and triumph and have a message for the green and gold.
“You got this, Go Pack Go!” Miller says.
“We need to win this, this is the rivalry game, it’s a must-win. You are a true packer once you beat the Vikings,” Markham adds.
“I would say keep it going like it is today and let’s go to the Superbowl,” Larson says.
“It’s going to be great, pack, Superbowl run, going to New Orleans, if they win I’m flying down there,” Borkowski adds.
Sunday will mark the first time both teams have met with 11+ wins. The Packers are 11-4 and Vikings are 13-2.
