GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A winter weather advisory will be in effect most of the area, lasting until around 6 p.m.
Freezing drizzle may mix in occasionally, but most of this falls as a little wet snow. Monday’s snow will be wetter than the snow winter storm Asher blanketed the area with.
For Green Bay, look for up to around an inch of snow.
There will likely be a stripe of higher totals — though only 1-2″ for the most part– along and south of Highway 10 and down into the southern Fox Valley.
Road conditions are expected to be slippery, impacting the Monday afternoon commute as well as traffic coming into Green Bay ahead of Monday Night Football.
However, the snow will likely have ended before the game starts — those hoping for a “snow globe” game are probably out of luck.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
The latest road conditions for the state can be obtained by calling 5-1-1 or visiting the 511 Wisconsin website.
