APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Gregory Juedes, the man arrested for allegedly killing his father, Daniel Juedes Sr., 74, will not appear in court until Monday, the Outagamie County District Attorney’s office said Tuesday.
Juedes Sr. was found dead Sunday in his south side home. Gregory Juedes was arrested a short time later in Kaukauna.
Police have requested charges of first-degree intentional homicide, fleeing police, and resisting arrest. Formal charges are not expected to be filed until Monday.
Neighbors say they heard multiple gunshots about 7:30 a.m. Sunday at the S. Sanders Street home. A neighbor’s security camera shows a vehicle arriving at the house twice, and someone approaching the house. That vehicle matches the one at the scene where Juedes was arrested.
