MADISON, WI (WTAQ-WRN) — The Democrat leader in the Wisconsin Assembly will return to her post.
Racine Representative Greta Neubauer was unanimously elected to another term as Assembly Minority Leader Tuesday.
Neubauer has led Assembly Democrats since 2021.
The Assembly Democratic Caucus gained 10 seats in the fall election after revised state electoral maps gave Democrats a better chance to compete for seats.
Assembly Republicans will hold a 54-seat majority when the Legislature convenes in January.
