APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Friday marks 18 years since Connie Boelter was found dead in her Appleton home — and her killer still has not been found.
The 56-year-old was found dead in her home on the city’s north side on Nov. 15, 2006. Police determined she died from blunt-force trauma.
Boelter’s family is offering a $10,000 reward for information in the case.
In 2016, police identified a “person of interest” in the case. However, no arrests have been made and no charges have been filed.
