(WNFL/LEARFIELD) MILWAUKEE – The Bucks were able to erase a 13-point halftime deficit Wednesday night, beating the Detroit Pistons in overtime 127-120 at FiServ Forum in Milwaukee.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 59 points to go with 14 rebounds while center Brooke Lopez added 29.
Bucks center Brook Lopez said it was a fun win to be a part of.
Lopez added that it’s hard to find new ways to describe Giannis’ brilliance
Bucks coach Doc Rivers said Giannis had his hand print all over this one.
Rivers said Giannis kept them in the game single handidly.
Rivers added that it was an important win.
The extra-period victory became possible when the Pistons missed two free throws with one second left.
The Bucks’ next game is at Charlotte Saturday.
