LITTLE CHUTE (WLUK) — Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris headed to the Fox Valley Friday to make what will likely be her final campaign stop in Northeast Wisconsin before Election Day.
Vice President Harris hosted an event at Little Chute High School. Campaign officials said approximately 2,000 people were in attendance, with hundreds more in an overflow space.
She spoke in Janesville earlier in the day and trekked to the Milwaukee area Friday evening for a rally at theWisconsin State Fair Park Exposition Center in West Allis.
Harris began her rally calling on the crowd to support what she calls a “new generation” of leadership in America.
“In this election, we have an opportunity to finally turn the page on a decade of Donald Trump trying to keep us divided and afraid of each other,” she said. “We’re done with that, we’re done! We’re exhausted with that.”
A large part of Harris’ address touched on healthcare.
