Frankie Montas started and last just 4 innings, allowing 2 runs on 2 hits and 3 walks.
Joe Ross came in from the bullpen, pitched the next 3 innings and got the win.
Trevor McGill picked up his 21st save of the season, pitching 1 1/3 innings after Hobie Milner gave up 2 runs in the eighth inning.
Sean Manaea took the loss for the Mets.
