GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Neenah’s Maddie Wanamaker and her USA women’s eight rowers won the repechage Wednesday night to qualify for Saturday’s final at the Paris Olympics.
Wanamaker, a 2013 Neenah High School graduate, is competing in her second Olympics. She placed seventh in the women’s coxless four in 2021 in Tokyo.
Wanamaker was part of a gold medal-winning four-member team at the World Rowing Cup II in 2023.
