APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A suspect who was the subject of a SWAT team search pleaded not guilty to ten charges Thursday.
Joseph Ware, 41, returns to court July 10. No trial date was set. He faces false imprisonment, recklessly endangering safety, aggravated battery and other charges for a Nov. 15 incident.
Police originally tried to arrest him for the incident at a home on Riverdale Drive in Appleton. He was arrested a month later in Green Bay.
