(WTAQ-WLUK) — The investigation into a Racine County sheriff’s deputy has led to charges against two Fox Cities men for possession of child pornography and bestiality. Those are in addition to the federal child pornography charges previously filed in federal court against the former Outagamie County Human Resources director.
Former Racine deputy Preston Kite faces more than a dozen charges, including child sexploitation, possession of child porn, and bestiality. The investigation into Kite included searches of his phone, which led police to other suspects.
Former Outagamie County Human Resources director Adam Westbrook allegedly sent Kite four videos of child pornography. Westbrook faces federal charges for allegedly making the videos with an underage child in Lake Delton.
The investigation into Westbrook led police to Jacob Boudreau, who allegedly sent Westbrook “images of child sexual abuse material and bestiality material,” according to the criminal complaint.
Boudreau was charged last week in Winnebago County with a dozen counts of child porn possession. He is being held on a $200,000 cash bond, and returns to court April 11.
Boudreau lives with Noah Thiel in Outagamie County. Investigators determined that’s where Boudreau allegedly recorded video of Thiel engaged in sexual activity with a dog.
Thiel faces four bestiality-related charges, including engaging in sexual contact with an animal. He is being held on a $10,000 cash bond, and returns to court May 30.
The Fox Valley Humane Association assisted with the removal of four dogs from Thiel and Boudreau’s home in the town of Center, the complaint states.
