A big shot and spirited play carried the shorthanded Chicago Bulls past the Milwaukee Bucks 120-113 in overtime at the United Center Thursday night. The Bulls played without their top two scorers in Demar DeRozan and Zach Lavine but big man Nikola Vucevic put up 29 points and Alex Caruso nailed a three point shot at the regulation buzzer to force the extra period where Chicago put the game away. The Bucks were led by Giannis Antetokounmpo with 26 points and 14 rebounds. Brook Lopez put up 20, Malik Beasley had 19 and Damian Lillard finished with 18 points. Milwaukee drops to 13-6 on the season. They’ll return home to face the Atlanta Hawks at Fiserv Forum on Saturday night.
