DOOR COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) –CenterPointe Yacht Services LLC, a boat dealership in the Midwest, is hosting a food drive in Door County.
The “Stuff the Boat” Food Drive takes place over the next two weeks. CenterPointe will deliver the donations to Lakeshore Cap Food Pantry in a boat stuffed with non-perishables on November 21.
“We are excited about bringing together our team and community members to support Lakeshore Cap this Thanksgiving,” says Peter Kordon, General Manager of CenterPointe’s Door County operations.
Donors are invited to drop off their contributions at the CenterPointe Showroom, located at 3017 Enterprise Road, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, during regular business hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Checks are also accepted and should be made out to Lakeshore Cap Food Pantry.
The donations most needed include canned meat, canned vegetables, canned fruit, rice, flour, sugar, soup, peanut butter, jelly, toothpaste, shaving cream, razors, shampoo and other hygienic products.
