LIBERTY GROVE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Rowleys Bay Resort has begun issuing refunds after a fire heavily damaged the Door County resort.
According to a post on the resort’s Facebook page this week, because of technical difficulties, staff members have not been able to issue refunds directly to credit card accounts. They have been able to issue refunds by check.
Guests who would like to wait for a credit card refund are asked to forward the confirmation email that includes the reservation number and the guest’s mailing address to rbrreservations@gmail.com. Guests should mention whether they want a check refund or would like to wait for a credit card refund.
Those with questions can call (920) 854-2385 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.
