APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Police have released surveillance video and images from the armed robbery of a business on Appleton’s east side.
The robbery took place June 12 in the 2800 block of E. Newberry Street. The department has not confirmed the name of the business or said what was stolen.
The video shows a person pointing a handgun at an employee. The video also shows the gunman walking outside the building.
Investigators are urging the public to examine the robber’s clothes, mannerisms and walking and running gait to potentially identify the person.
Police previously described the robber as a white male around six feet tall, weighing 180-200 pounds.
