OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) — The Oshkosh Police Department is currently investigating a hit and run accident that occurred in the 700 Block of W. Packer Avenue.
On Friday at approximately 11:45 a.m., the Oshkosh Police Department was notified of a hit and run accident that had occurred. The accident involved a vehicle striking a pedestrian. The striking vehicle is described as a newer BMW SUV, navy blue or black in color.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
If you live in the area of where this occurred and have video surveillance cameras, the Oshkosh Police Department is asking you to review your footage to see if this vehicle was recorded on your cameras.
