OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Nicholas Guzman was convicted Monday of possession of child pornography.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 1, court records show.
Guzman, 43, of Fond du Lac, was convicted last year of five child porn possession counts, but withdrew those pleas before sentencing. On Monday, he was convicted of one count, with 39 others dismissed, according to a court official.
A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children sent authorities to a Neenah home in February 2021. Officers tracked down the phone listed in the NCMEC report, which contained child pornography.
