GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Green Bay Police are on the lookout for a woman they say dragged a police officer with her car during a traffic stop.
Police say 35-year-old Stephanie Ray fled that traffic stop on Thursday at around 11:30pm after being pulled over for having license plates that did not match the vehicle she was driving. The officer was treated and released at a local hospital.
