MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Three people are facing charges after a traffic stop in the Village of Cleveland lead to a large drug seizure last month.
The Cleveland Police Department says an officer initiated a traffic stop on North Avenue and Westview Street on March 20. The department released information about the incident on its Facebook page Thursday.
Over 103 grams of fentanyl were found in the vehicle, as well as 87.54 grams of cocaine and 40.08 grams of fentanyl tablets.
The officer arrested Floyd Miller, Jessica VanZile and Jennifer Weschel for multiple drug-related charges, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant, according to the police department.
Miller, 56, is facing the following charges: possession of fentanyl with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine with intent and obstructing. VanZile, 43, and Weschel, 41, are facing the same charges as Miller but were also charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
The incident remains under investigation.
