FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Fond du Lac County is looking to modernize its flag.
Officials are asking county residents to help them come up with a new design.
The current flag was designed by Donna Heldt of Campbellsport many years ago.
Only submissions from Fond du Lac County residents will be accepted.
Flag submissions must include representation of Fond du Lac County parks and recreation, representation for agriculture and businesses and manufacturing.
All submissions must be in digital format via PDF, PNG or JPG. They can be emailed to Stephanie Dahlke at stephanie.dahlke@fdlco.wi.gov by April 1, 2023.
The winning submission will become property of Fond du Lac County and the designer will be recognized at the May county board meeting and receive a $100 Envision Greater Fond du Lac gift certificate.
