MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) — The City of Manitowoc is asking for the community to provide their feedback in the development of the Comprehensive Plan Update and Comprehensive Park and Outdoor Recreation Plan.
Manitowoc’s Community Development Director, Adam Tegen, says the state requires them to have a Comprehensive Plan in place.
“It also helps us make sure, that over the last 10 years, that we’re headed in the right direction; or do we need to switch focus?” said Tegen. “So it’s just kind of a check-in with the community.”
Online surveys allow respondents the opportunity to provide feedback on specific topics in each plan including housing, neighborhood development, tourism and business development, as well as the parks and recreation system.
The surveys will be available through February 8, 2023. All responses are anonymous.
