ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Titletown is getting ready for its New Year’s Eve event.
Tonight, skating and sledding will go on until midnight
And families will be able to take pictures with ice sculptures and even a live reindeer, all leading up to two different New Year’s celebrations.
“There are two ‘midnight’ countdowns. There is a 9 p.m. kid-friendly one, or an early bird, I like to say, for those who are not staying up to midnight to ring in the new year,” said Hannah Meyer, Titletown’s marketing and digital coordinator. “But there is also a midnight one. And that takes place projected onto the screen at Lambeau Field so you can see the football drop countdown and football launch.”
The 23 Champagne Bar will also be returning. You must be 21 to enter the indoor pop-up bar.
Meanwhile, the city of Menasha will be giving people the chance to ring in the new year there.
It’s called First Eve and it starts tonight at 11 p.m. The ball drop is at midnight, followed by fireworks.
This is the event’s 30th year.
