GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The trial for a June 2020 murder was postponed Friday from later this month until Sept. 6.
Robert Bowsky, 29, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for a shooting at Seymour Park which resulted in the death of Deanthony Odum. Two others were injured.
The trial was set to start May 17, but Brown County District Attorney David Lasee said Friday the medical examiner is unable to testify on those dates, and there are still pre-trial evidentiary motions to decide.
The defense did not object to the postponement.
