GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The Brown County Central Library is closing up next week for reorganization.
That’s just what it sounds like: they’re moving things around. Specifically, they’re moving the kids and young adults area to the east wing of the library.
The content in the east wing will move to where the kids and young adults department is now.
“Our youth department has just outgrown itself,” said Sue Lagerman with the library. “It’s just a very active place. We need more room for programming and more room for our collection.”
The Brown County Central Library will be closed from Sunday, April 24 through Friday, April 29. All other branches will remain open. The Pickup Window will be open during normal Central Library Hours, except for Sunday, April 24, when the Pickup Window will be closed. Previously scheduled meetings will be taking place in the lower level, but Storytime has been canceled during the reorganization.
