The Milwaukee Bucks rule over the NBA’s Central Division continues. Make it four straight years as division champs as the Bucks beat the Bulls in Chicago Tuesday night 127-106. Milwaukee had plenty of offense to go around as seven players hit double figures led by Brook Lopez with a season high 28. Khris Middleton added 19 and Giannis Antetokounmpo put up 18 spending most of the night in foul trouble. Jrue Holliday scored 11 and dished out 13 assists. The Bulls, playing without Zach Lavine, got 40 from Demar DeRozan and despite the loss, still clinched a playoff berth at 45-34. The Bucks improved to 49-30 and find themselves in a three way tie for second place in the tight Eastern Conference. Philadelphia matched the Bucks with a 131-122 victory over Indiana with Joel Embid putting up 45 points. The Boston Celtics make it three in the crowd behind the Eastern Conference leading Miami Heat, which knocked off Charlotte 144-115 behind Tyler Herro’s 35 points. At 52-28, Miami needs one more win to clinch homecourt advantage in the East. The Bucks have a key matchup with Boston in their Fiserv Forum regular season finale Thursday night before closing out the regular season at Detroit Friday and in Cleveland on Sunday.
