GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Green Bay Police have arrested a man they say was involved in a fatal shooting at the Walgreens on West Mason St and S. Oneida St last month.
Jerome Finke was taken into custody Thursday.
The victim, a 31-year-old Green Bay resident was located at a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police have already taken one other suspect – a 15-year-old from Milwaukee – into custody, and have found the handgun they believe was used in the shooting on February 18th.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further information is being released at this time.
