FOX CROSSING, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – One of the people responsible for a Fox Crossing drug house was sentenced to six months in jail.
Billie Gerver, 57, pleaded no contest to maintaining a drug trafficking place. She was also placed on probation for three years at Thursday’s hearing, court records show. Two drug possession counts were dismissed.
Fox Crossing police seized more than $100,000 in cash and hundreds of pounds of marijuana and marijuana products after searching a home on Happy Valley Drive in June 2020. Investigators also seized a motorcycle, a 2019 Ford Edge and a 2016 Ford Fusion as a part of this investigation.
Ashtyn Hale was convicted earlier this week of maintaining a drug trafficking place and two drug possession charges. She will be sentenced April 19.
Previously, John Hale was sentenced to one year in jail for his role in the operation.
